Please note that we may take photographs or video at our seminars and exhibitions. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organizer or the photographer. Otherwise, Interacoustics reserves the right to use any situational photograph/video taken at our events, without your expressed written permission. We may use the photograph/video in our marketing and communication, including but not limited to social media and website. To ensure the privacy of individuals, we do not use portrait images or close-up images without your written approval. To ensure the privacy of individuals, no images will be identified using full names or personal identifying information without your written approval. You are entitled to object to the use of any photograph/video in question, after which we will withdraw the photograph/video without hesitation.
